Installation information
Coming with the final productFitting instructions will be written against the manufactured unit and its adapter set, not a prototype. Publishing them now would mean guessing at the parts in the box.
Delivery and returns
Applicable once products launchThere is nothing to ship, so there is no delivery service and no returns policy yet. Both will be published in full, alongside UK consumer-rights information, before we accept a single order.
Warranty and after-sales
Not yet establishedWe have not set up a customer-service operation, because we do not yet have customers. We would rather say that than imply a support desk that does not exist.
